Finished my longest continues run to date on Sunday. ~16km is not bad but next is 21km and I am dreading it.
It was quiet hard on my legs yesterday and I can still feel the sourness. The good part is if I keep the same pace, I will complete the half marathon without a problem.
The best strategy for me, as suggested by many experts I know :), is to take it slow right from the start and keep up the pace. Avoiding peer pressure and maintaining consistency is the key here.
