I have a muscle spasm in my Trapezius so had to force myself to not let that be an excuse to not run.
I am able to top my time from my last few runs . Also the motivation level has considerably increased with the desire to quit midway going down during runs.
My appetite has increased a lot and I have to control myself to not eat junk food. I am not very successful with it though (1 small bag of chip!!!).
One thing I don’t like about this process is to track the number of calories I am taking in. But it is essential to make sure that I am not starving myself.
