My first Autumn run for 2016 season was, as expected, colourful and mood elevating. Splashes of yellow, read, orange and gold all along the trail left me wanting for more.
It was quite cold, but running in Autumn is a visual treat, a break from the daily gloom of sad news ruminated by all media houses.
It’s a chance for my brain to ‘defrag’ and clean up for the week. Re-energize to function properly in a concrete box for the next days.
For all the unconverted, try running in natural surroundings and not in built up areas. It is free, other than the shoes and the clothes of course.
It took these pictures with my phone while I was on my weekend’s long run. This view will probably last for not more than 3 weeks. Looking forward to one more run through the woods before the winter sets n full force #keeprunning
The photos are on my phone using Lightroom Mobile.
